Grievance Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order, contact care@ellitee.com immediately.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund
  • Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
    • Product is damaged on delivery
    • Wrong product is delivered
    • Items are missing from the order

An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Free samples or promotional products
  • Used or partially used products
  • Products damaged due to improper use
